A homeless man, who was found dead Friday, has been identified as David Franklin Hutto, 49, according to an email from Mark Bowen.

A homeless man was found dead Friday under the Interstate 20 overpass on Washington Road in Augusta, according to an email from Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen.
The victim appeared to have been sleeping on the sidewalk underneath the bridge.
The Marshal’s Office and Environmental Services was notified due to the conditions under the bridge.
An autopsy has been scheduled for next week.
