With over 300 shows now in our inventory, it’s fun to go back to some of the favorites this time of year and run them again. This show from Season 7 on Canning is a really good one.
The Peach Marmalade, Quick Pickles and Watermelon Rind pickles have all of the ingredients definitely in season right now, and it would be amazing to take advantage of that to spend a few hours in the kitchen. The payback will definitely be worth it later in the year!
I have found the Marmalade to be an amazing addition to fried pork chops or pork loin.
The Quick Pickles make really nice gifts and are also great because they can be eaten right away, too, and have so much flavor.
The Watermelon Rind pickles are colorful and are also a great addition to a salad plate or a charcuterie board.
