Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Jamey Johnson is coming to Columbia County in October.
That Lonesome Song, his 2008 album ,was certified platinum for one million in sales. His 2010 double album, The Guitar Song, received a gold certification.

He released his fifth album in 2012, which was a tribute to the late songwriter Hank Cochran.
Johnson has won two Song of the Year awards from the Country Music Association (CMA) and the Academy of Country Music (ACM). He has also won two Song of the Year trophies for “Give It Away” and “In Color,” both from the ACM and CMA. Many newspapers and magazines have called praised his work.
Johnson will perform at the Evans Towne Center Park on Oct. 11. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, July 12 at 10 a.m. For more information, visit thecenterofcc.com.
