John Crist to perform in Columbia County in 2026

Comedian John Crist will bring his latest tour to the Columbia County Performing Arts Center on Friday, May 15, 2026.

Crist, known for clean, pop-culture-savvy stand-up, released his latest special, John Crist: Emotional Support, on Feb. 18.

Filmed near his hometown of Lilburn, Ga., the special riffs on growing up Christian in the 1990s, family group texts, and neighborhood Facebook drama.

In its first three weeks, it drew more than 2.1 million stand-alone views, with social clips topping 20 million, according to a press release from Columbia County Performing Arts Center.

His recent output follows a record touring year in 2024 and two high-performing specials: John Crist: Would Like To Release A Statement (2023), which has more than 4.2 million YouTube views and over 200 million across social clips, and What Are We Doing? (2022), now streaming on Hulu.

Crist also hosts the Net Positive Podcast, regularly charting on Spotify and Apple and recorded in downtown Nashville.

Guests have included Matt Rife, Leanne Morgan, Michael W. Smith, Scott Stapp, Dave Ramsey, Kirk Herbstreit, David Crowder, Brett Cooper, Breland, Ernest, Trey Kennedy, Tyler Hubbard, Warren Zeiders, Chelcie Lynn (“Trailer Trash Tammy”), Michael Knowles, John Delony, Clay Travis, Jenn Johnson, Matt Walsh and others.

Earlier this year he made his late-night debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and has appeared on Good Morning America, SHERRI, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, CBS Sports, Barstool Sports, BuzzFeed and Theo Von’s This Past Weekend.
