Columbia County officials announced that intermittent temporary lane closures will take place on Eubank Drive next week due to ongoing road construction.
In cooperation with Southern Asphalt, the county said closures will occur between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. from Monday, November 10, through Thursday, Nov. 13, weather permitting.
Drivers are urged to use caution in the area and to follow all posted instructions, according to a press release from Columbia County.
“Whenever you approach a work zone: slow down; allow extra distance between vehicles; watch for advanced warning signs; obey road crew flaggers; and expect the unexpected,” the county advised.
Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes or allow additional travel time during the construction period.
