Drivers should expect intermittent, temporary lane closures Thursday at the intersection of Furys Ferry Road and Blackstone Camp Road/Colony Drive, according to a release from Columbia County.
The closures will take place Dec. 4 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. while crews install a new traffic signal at the intersection.
County officials advised motorists to expect delays, use caution and reduce speed while traveling through the work zone.
Drivers are encouraged to take alternate routes or allow extra time for commuting during the scheduled work.
