Assimilated by The Borg?
What happened to most of the Democratic Party’s congressional members? Some unknown, unseen entity has co-opted their brains and bodies. This entity can command them to sit motionless, hold up goofy signs, and speak identical words, dance, sing, rap, and shadow box in amazing unison. Their brains are now programmed to achieve one goal, the destruction of President Trump and Elon Musk. It reminds one of The Borg, from the TV series, Star Trek. The Borg was an alien race of various life forms with cybernetic implants, co-joined in an evil neural network called “The Hive.”
If not The Borg, who or what controls the Dems and their left-wing domestic terrorists? Maybe that entity is the entrenched bureaucracy that DOGE is revealing. Maybe it is a group of global elitists whose goal is spreading socialism with equal misery for all. Perhaps it is George Soros – rich, secretive, lavishly contributing to Democrat candidates, while undermining state and county justice systems through his Open Society Foundations, the world’s largest private funder of independent groups working for “rights, equity, and justice.” Barack and Michelle? All voters should want this question answered.
Some Democratic Party leaders, elected officials, and online influencers have a new strategy for staying alive politically and regaining their grip on governing power and Democratic voters. Democrat leaders and candidates will pretend to: 1) listen to voters, 2) interact with people holding opposing views, and 3) feign a shift toward more centrist policies and programs. Gavin Newsom just launched a blog to do exactly that. It is political theater to support his 2028 presidential bid. Tim Walz, is working on his tattered masculinity as the main issue for this presidential bid. Pete Buttigieg is betting on a more centrist LGBQT+ agenda to win the White House. Their best ticket may be Bernie Sanders and AOC – an old Commie and a young radical Marxist-socialist.
Does anyone in the Democratic Party leadership get it? They are still pandering to fringe minorities, prosecuting Trump and Elon Musk, rallying and singing like 1970 hippies, and burning or selling Teslas. They are not denouncing and distancing themselves from radical domestic terrorism and anti-Semitic groups and their crimes. Has any Democrat called out peoplesforum.org for their radical communist ideology, support of Hamas, illegal sit-ins in on campuses and private property, and anti-Semitism? They crucified Chuck Schumer for supporting the Senate’s continuing resolution for federal funding, unable to see the political logic of his vote.
Admittedly, Trump, Musk, and DOGE have taken a brutal, ham-fisted approach to reforming our corrupt and wasteful government. This approach will disappoint some people who voted for Trump. But consider the urgent need to kill, dismember, and incinerate the bureaucratic beast so it cannot rise from its ashes in 2026 and 2028. These disappointed voters need to remember the Democrats’ destructive policies on open borders, illegal immigration, uncontrolled crime, sanctuary cities, weak foreign policy, weaponized government agencies, inflation, and government waste, fraud, and abuse.
Trump, Vance, Musk, and his cabinet are giving the voters exactly what they promised if elected, with more transparency than most people can tolerate. The Harris-Walz ticket and the Democrats promised more of the same illogical and insane government. The American Rescue Plan of 2021 and the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 that Harris voted for were major contributors to Bidenflation. Unlike Harris, Trump never stated “On day one…” he would fix anything. There will be some financial and political stress and delay before Trumps polices and programs yield positive, significant, tangible results. People with a minimal understanding of free market capitalism and economics do not expect immediate results.
We need to stay the course until the Democratic Party finds a leader who is free of this fatal group-think, group- speak assimilation by The Borg; a leader who will acknowledge the real problems and articulate viable, alternative solutions that are better than Trump’s solutions. Maybe Jasmine Crockett – she probably won a lot of high school hallway brawls and can sure talk smack.
