The appearance was waived Tuesday for a man accused of vehicular homicide for allegedly hitting and killing a pedestrian and fleeing the scene this summer in Columbia County.
Daniel Amos, 62, is charged with hit and run and homicide by vehicle in the first degree. His not-guilty plea was entered before the arraignment Tuesday, Nov. 15, in Columbia County Superior Court.
According to the indictment and arrest warrants, Amos hit Candice Fernsler, 70, with his pickup truck the morning of Jun 26 on Jimmy Dyess Parkway.
