Miller Theater announces upcoming comedy shows and concerts

There are upcoming concerts and comedy shows that will come to Miller Theater.

Kat Timpf’s comedy tour, “I Used To Like You” will come to Miller Theater on Nov. 9. The doors will open at 6 p.m., and the show will start at 7 p.m.

Timpf’s comedy tour comes straight from the pages of her upcoming book, “I Used To Like You Until…”, which will be available on Sept. 10. She’ll tell whacky personal stories from her lived experiences. This show is for ages 12 and up.

Tickets are available now and range between $36 and $79.

Yellow Brick Joel, the Elton John and Billy Joel tribute show, will come to Miller Theater on Nov. 16. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the show will start at 7:30 p.m.

David Clark will star as Billy Joel and Bill Connors will play Elton John. They will play like “Crocodile Rock,” “I’m Still Standing,” “You May Be Right,” and “Piano Man,” among many more.

The Miller Member ticket pre-sale will begin on July 31 at 10 a.m. Public tickets will be available on Aug. 2 at 10 a.m.

Friendsgiving with Swamp Music: a tribute to Skynrd will come to Miller Theater on Nov. 27. The doors will open at 6 p.m., and the show will begin at 7 p.m.

Friendsgiving benefits Golden Harvest Food Bank. $2 from each ticket will go to Golden Harvest, and audience members can drop off nonperishable food items before the show. Swamp Music will perform Skynyrd’s greatest hits including “Sweet Home Alabama,” “Free Bird,” and “Simple Man” among many more.

Ryan Abel & Friends and Derrick Dove & The Peacekeepers will also perform.

The Miller Member ticket pre-sale will begin on July 31 at 10 a.m. Public tickets will be available on Aug. 2 at 10 a.m. VIP tickets include one premium, reserved seat, early entry to The Ellefson Transportation Group Pre-Party, two drink tickets, an all-you-can-eat dinner from Mosh Pit Eats, a meet and greet with Derrick Dove & The Peacekeepers, and a photo opportunity with the band.

The “Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus” comedy show will come to Miller Theater on Jan. 23. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the show will begin at 7:30 p.m.

This comedy show is based off the New York Times bestselling book written by John Gray. This is the 10th anniversary of this Off-Broadway comedy show. This show covers topics including dating, marriage, and sex, and it is for adults only.

The Miller Member ticket pre-sale will begin on July 31 at 10 a.m. Public tickets will be available on Aug. 2 at 10 a.m.
