The sports-themed arcade and eatery, developed by co-owners Houston McGahee, Mike Parrish and Shane Toy, opened in late August. Parrish, addressing attendees of the grand opening event, said that the project, a vision that took some two years to come to fruition, occurred to him when he encountered similar establishments during his business travels, especially in the Northeast.

“I would come back and tell my partners we’re missing out,” Parrish said. “In Augusta, the home of golf and we don’t have a facility like this.”

Using tech by golf simulator company TruGolf, the space boasts eight arcade bays for golf, sports and gaming aficionados for range practice, lessons and league play. A sensor detects players’ movements to apply them to the a screen where they can play on some 5,000 simulated courses. The eighth bay accommodates non-golfers with a multicade of 13 games that include soccer, football, baseball and even hunting.

The menu also offers a hardy array of fixings from hot dogs, burgers and wings to pizza and flatbreads.
