Queensborough National Bank and Trust Company has recently announced leadership promotions.

I worked with my father for 25 years, and he emphasized planning ahead, working hard, taking the long view, and never compromising on integrity. I believe these leaders will continue that tradition for the bank.”
Adam Harris has been promoted to Augusta region president and senior lending officer. He has been with Queensborough for 12 years, and he has overseen the 11 Augusta-area branches. Harris, an Augusta native, has over 23 years of banking experience, and he has led an expansion of the bank’s market share in the CSRA.
Mike English has been promoted to coastal region president and senior lending officer. He has been with Queensborough for 17 years, and he led the bank’s coastal expansion. English has a vast background in commercial banking, and he is a civic leader in the Savannah market.

Dagan Sharpe has been promoted to head of wealth management and public funds officer. He has been with the bank for 10 years, and he helped build the bank’s internal wealth management department and financial literacy efforts. Sharpe will be responsible for creating a public funds department, which will serve the bank’s municipal customers, and he will lead a continued expansion of wealth management.
Tillman Sauls has been promoted to senior credit officer. He has been with Queensborough for 13 years, and he has led the bank’s commercial lending department in Augusta. Sauls will manage the credit analyst group and the credit policy administration process.
John Jackson has been promoted to senior credit officer. He has been with the bank for 27 years. Jackson will continue working with the loan administration group, will serve as the point person for loan review process, and he will manage loan exceptions and concentration limits.
Clare Easterlin has been promoted to chief risk officer. She recently joined the bank in 2020 and spent 10 years in Atlanta with a wealth management firm, which served business management and human capital capacities. Easterlin will be responsible for creating an Enterprise Risk Management program that will measure, monitor, and manage risk across the organization.
