UPDATE: At 2:55 p.m., the Augusta National announced that due to the inclement weather and current forecast, the Augusta National Golf Club will not reopen to patrons on Monday. Those who had Monday practice round tickets will receive refunds in may and will be guaranteed the opportunity to purchase 2026 Monday practice round tickets. Information will being included at the time of the refund.
“We are disappointed our patrons could not fully enjoy today’s practice round, but the safety of everyone at Augusta National is our highest priority and was the determining factor in the decision to cancel,” said Fred Ridley, Chairman of Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament. “We look forward to welcoming back our Monday patrons next year, as well as celebrating a wonderful 89th Masters Tournament ahead of us this week.”
UPDATE: As of 11:25 a.m. play in Monday’s practice round had been suspended due to the weather.
UPDATE: At 7:15 a.m. Monday, the Augusta National announced that the ticket gates would open at 8 a.m. and the patron parking lots were open.
“We will continue to monitor the approaching weather. The grounds will remain open this morning as the weather permits,” said an announcement from the Augusta National.

The Augusta National announced Sunday evening that due to expected inclement weather on Monday, the patrons gates will not open as planned for the practice round.
The Augusta National Golf Club said that all patron lots will remain closed until further notice and patrons should not approach the club until more details have been released.
Another update will be provided by 8 a.m. on Monday, April 7.
