A Grovetown man is dead after being struck by a vehicle Feb. 19.
Duane Sheffield, 63, of Grovetown, was walking on the 3600 block of Deans Bridge Road when he was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound, according to an email from Coroner Mark Bowen.
Sheffield was pronounced dead at the scene at approximately 1:15 a.m.
