Photostory: The Augusta Mardi Gras Parade

Augusta kicked off Mardi Gras this year in true New Orleans style. Local bicycle tour business Bike Bike Baby and nonprofit Creating A Culture Inc. coordinated the city's inaugural Mardi Gras Festival. The celebration began Saturday at 1 p.m. as the procession began at the intersection of Greene and Seventh Streets, wrapping around that portion of Green St. Photos by Skyler Andrews.
