Cross Creek’s boys’ and girls’ hoops’ squads advance to the next round of the high school playoffs after winning their respective games on their home court Wednesday.
The Razorbacks won the girls’ game over Mary Persons High School in Forsyth 69-34. The team is undefeated in region play with a 12-0 record and has an overall record of 24-1.

With the win, the team advances to play against Murray County Friday.
The match was followed by the boys emerging as the victors over Upson-Lee High School in Thomaston 75-45.
Dontrel Smith of Cross Creek led the team with 20 points.
The boys will play against LaFayette Friday.
The Razorbacks are 22-6 overall and 12-2 in the region.
