The annual ShamRock-N-Roll golf cart parade and festival was held in downtown Harlem ahead of St. Patrick’s Day on Saturday, March 16. There were over 35 people registered to participate in the parade. Following the parade, attendees could shop the different vendors at the festival, while children could enjoy face painting, a bouncy house and a petting zoo.
