Photostory: Augusta Museum of History’s Night at the Museum

The Augusta Museum of History held its annual Night at the Museum event on Thursday, Aug. 8. Guests were able to see history come to life with well-known local people portrayed. Those characters were John Bartram, George Walton, Solomon Walker and Pilgrim Health and Life Insurance Company, child mill worker, train conductor, Lucy C. Laney, prosper Berckman and Fruitlands Nursery, Evelyn McDaniel and the U.S.S. Augusta, James Brown’s “The Firsts” and Brenda Lee.
