Student potters and artists of the student-run Mad Potters Organizations are selling their work in the Augusta University Summerville Campus’ JSAC Courtyard from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 17.

The proceeds are to help fund visiting artists and to aid students’ travel costs to NSECA, the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts conference in March 2022, held in Sacramento, Calif.

The annual conference of NSECA provides opportunities to build and strengthen professional networks and experience lifelong learning with friends, colleagues, mentors, and students according to NSECA’s website.

The event occurs each Spring and Fall semesters at Augusta University.

“Come early for the best selection,” said Carol Cross of Augusta University art department. “Look for the big collection of blue tents.”
