Finem had also managed the $2 million sale of the neighboring parcel on Charlestowne Way to the developer for 7 Brew Coffee, which opened its first kiosk in Augusta there in March of last year.

The nationwide burger chain has some 20 locations in Georgia, but it’s closest restaurant in the CSRA is in North Augusta on Martintown Road, which opened in May of last year.
