Purple Hurricane destroys Wolfpack’s baseball title hopes

Greenbrier’s baseball title hopes were dashed Tuesday as Cartersville won the rubber game of the three-game series in the quarterfinals.

The Wolfpack had split the doubleheader Monday with the Wolfpack winning one game 3-0 and the Purple Hurricanes winning 11-1.

The tie breaker was 6-4.
