Queensborough National Bank and Trust is introducing Interactive Teller Machines, or ITMs, in its locations across the state.
QNBTNOW ITMs are designed to streamline the banking process for their customers, making it so they can successfully execute a number of banking staples without ever leaving the car. What’s new? A human teller video-streamed live through the machine to aid in customers’ needs.
Customers can make deposits of cash or checks, cash checks, make loan and credit card payments, withdraw funds and transfer funds. Exact change is available for check-cashing, according to a news release.

The live tellers are located in the QNBTNOW Customer Care Center in Augusta, who can process teller transactions during extended hours, even when the branch is closed. QNBTNOW Tellers are accessible from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. The Customer Care Team also provides customer support via phone (1.855.QNBTNOW) during the same time frame.
“We realize that people are busier than ever. It’s imperative we make sure customers can take care of their banking needs on their own time,” said Queensborough EVP and Chief Operations Officer, Kim Kirk.
The ITMs are available at Queensborough branches on Fury’s Ferry Road, Walton Way Extension and Tobacco Road in Augusta; also in Louisville, Sandersville, Wadley and Waynesboro. Other locations will have ITMs introduced later this year.
