Queensborough National Bank & Trust has announced the promotion of longtime mortgage lender Mary Ann Ethridge to Senior Vice President.

Ethridge joined Queensborough in 2015 and has since become one of the region’s top mortgage producers, earning a reputation for her customer-first approach and strong knowledge of the lending process, according to a press release from Queensborough National Bank & Trust.

“Mary Ann’s promotion is a testament to her outstanding performance, deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, and her commitment to excellence,” said Adam Harris, Augusta market president at Queensborough. “She consistently goes above and beyond to serve our customers and help families achieve the dream of homeownership. We are proud to have her on our leadership team.”

In her new role, Ethridge will continue to expand Queensborough’s mortgage services across the Augusta area by delivering personalized service that meets the unique needs of the community, according to a press release from Queensborough National Bank & Trust.

“Helping clients find the right mortgage solutions is what I love,” Ethridge said. “I’m proud to be part of a bank that truly puts people first, because that’s the heart of what a community bank should be.”

Queensborough emphasized that Ethridge’s promotion reflects both her proven track record and her dedication to serving the community, according to a company press release.
