The REALTORS® of Greater Augusta (RGA) have recently announced Pat Goodwin of Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate as their 2024 REALTOR® of the Year.

Goodwin was selected from a pool of highly qualified candidates nominated by peers, according to a press release from RGA.

This year’s selection process was particularly competitive, with 16 nominations received and 12 applicants vying for the prestigious award.

“Goodwin’s dedication to the community and the real estate profession shone through,” according to a RGA press release.

As a long-time member of RGA, members of RGA stated that Goodwin has consistently demonstrated leadership and commitment, serving as a committee chair, local director and state director.

“Pat truly embodies the qualities of an exceptional REALTOR®,” said Angela Sorapuru-Lopez, 2025 President of RGA. “Her kindness, determination, and unwavering commitment to serving the CSRA and supporting her fellow REALTORS® make her a tremendous asset to our organization.”

Her active involvement includes attending numerous conferences and contributing significantly to the organization’s success.

Beyond her service within RGA, Goodwin has also had a deep history of community involvement, leading and serving numerous nonprofit and community organizations.

Prior to her real estate career, Goodwin served as the Director of Community Relations and Marketing for a local real estate company, supporting over 100 agents.

“We are incredibly proud to recognize Pat Goodwin as our 2024 REALTOR® of the Year,” said Sorapuru-Lopez.

RGA formally recognized Pat Goodwin at their association luncheon on Feb. 5, 2025.
