Seven parcels of land in Riverside Village are again listed on the Aiken County Master-In-Equity list of properties facing a foreclosure sale.

That list can be found here.

The parcels were first up for sale on July 5, but attorneys for First Community Bank and Greenstone Hammond’s Ferry, LLC asked the judge to postpone the sale to give the two sides a chance to negotiate a settlement.

An employee with the Master-In-Equity office says the attorneys asked the properties be put back on the list.

The judgement amount listed is just under $3.1 million.

Seven pieces of prime real estate in North Augusta’s Riverside Village development are at stake.

One of the seven properties is the parking garage across from SRP Park, listed as tract B. The description says that tract B is 1.52 acres.
