There will be upcoming road closures in Columbia County starting next week.
From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 3, Hardy McManus Road will be temporarily closed.
“The road closure will be at 5034 and 5036 Hardy McManus Road,” according to a press release from the Columbia County.
Due to tree removal, no through traffic will be allowed at this location.
The detour route will be Halali Farm Road and Washington Road.
When approaching a work zone, Columbia County officials are asking drivers to slow down and allow extra distance between vehicles, while obeying road crew flaggers.
“If possible, please plan to take an alternate route and/or allow additional time for commuting during this timeframe,” stated a press release from Columbia County.
