Search Continues for Aiken Kidnapping Victim

The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office continues to search for 29-year-old Jhaz Allison, who was kidnapped at gunpoint June 24.

Allison’s mother told investigators that her son was taken by force by three armed black males, holding him at gunpoint at Smallridge Street in Aiken.

Police are now saying that Allison was kidnapped by three black males and one black female, driving a white SUV.

The SUV was discovered by deputies 2:55 a.m. June 25 in the Enmarket Gas Station parking lot, 1318 Edgefield Hwy., and three suspects were taken into custody.

Dahkir Anderson also known as “Doc,” Austin Martin and Sharla Hamilton have each been charged with attempted murder, kidnapping, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, cocaine, possession of ecstasy, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of schedule II pills and unlawful carrying of a pistol.

The fourth suspect has not been apprehended, and Allison remains a missing person, believed to be in danger. Allison has not contacted law enforcement, family or friends since he was taken five days ago.

Allison is a black male. He’s 6’1″ and weighs 168 lbs.

There is a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for this crime.
