Second man arrested in Broad Street homicide

Date: June 15, 2022

De’Andre Tandy, 26, was found by the Savannah Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force and arrested Tuesday in North Augusta, according to an email from Richmond County Sheriff Sgt. Caleb Lee.

Tandy is the second man arrested in the shooting death of 21-year-old Logan Etterle of Thomson. Etterle was shot at least one-time the morning of June 12 in an incident that occurred on the corner of 10th and Broad Streets.

Coroner Mark Bowen pronounced Etterle dead on the scene at 2:56 a.m. 

Tandy is currently being detained in Aiken.

on Tuesday Keyon Levon Smiley, 31, was also arrested in relation to the incident and charged with murder.
