A local Sheraton Hotel is going up for auction.
Built in 2009 and located at 1069 Stevens Creek Rd., the hotel is being auctioned with a minimum starting bid of $4 million according to Ten-X.com, a commercial real estate auction platform.
According to tax records, the hotel is currently owned by Singh Harinderjit with Palmetto Hospitality, Inc.

The auction will be held Dec. 13 – 15.
Standing at five stories tall, the hotel has 152 rooms and sits on 2.49 acres. The building is 77,453-square feet, according to the listing.
