Lincoln County is one win away from a state championship appearance, and the Red Devils enter Friday’s semifinal with confidence after one of their most dominant seasons in recent memory.

For the first time since 2005, the Strom Thurmond Rebels are heading to a state championship game. After an impressive playoff run, the Rebels will meet the 11-3 Hampton County Hurricanes in the Class AA state final.

Lincoln County leaned on explosive runs, relentless defense, and timely takeaways to overwhelm Brooks County 52–16 on Friday night at Buddy Bufford Field.
