SRNS to host job fair with potential on-the-spot offers

Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) will host a Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Engineering Job Fair on Wednesday, Sept. 10, to address emergent hiring needs in the Central Savannah River Area.

The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Second Providence Baptist Church Family Life Center, 1202 Old Edgefield Road in North Augusta.

Applicants are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes and be prepared for potential interviews.

According to SRNS, contingent “on-the-spot” job offers may be available to qualified candidates.

The company is seeking individuals with experience in safety, industrial hygiene and engineering, according to a press release from SRNS.

Specific skills highlighted include statistical analysis, technical writing, knowledge of regulations, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
