The Augusta GreenJackets have recently announced its partnership with TaxSlayer to host the SRP Park High School Baseball Showcase this season.
The annual showcase allows high schools from around the region an opportunity to play at the state-of-the-art SRP Park, according to a press release from the Augusta GreenJackets.
The community is also being encouraged to attend and cheer for a great line-up of regional talent that will set the stage for the GreenJackets Baseball Opening Day on Friday, April 4.
“We look forward to another great High School Baseball Showcase at SRP Park with TaxSlayer,” said GreenJackets General Manager Brandon Greene.
This year’s Showcase will have six matchups of high school talent from around the CSRA.
“We’ve got a strong line-up of schools taking the field and we hope to see the community come out and support the program,” said Greene. “It’s an amazing opportunity for these student-athletes and gears us up for another season of GreenJackets Baseball.”

Tickets are $10 (plus fees) per person, children 3 and under are free. Parking will be available in the Stadium Deck located across from SRP Park for an event rate of $6 per vehicle.
