Suspect wanted in Sunday shooting at Augusta gas station

Richmond County authorities are looking for a suspect in connection with a shooting that occurred Sunday at the Chevron gas station on Highland Avenue.

Santonio Sanquez Ketron Davis, 21, is wanted for aggravated assault in the shooting, a press release says. He was last seen driving a 2015 Nissan Versa with Georgia tag REI7657.

At 11 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to the Chevron Station at 502 Highland Avenue in reference to a gun shot victim. Deputies found a victim in the parking lot with at least two gunshot wounds to the elbow and leg. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Davis should be considered armed and dangerous, authorities said.
