Columbia County, in cooperation with E.R. Snell, has announced a temporary lane closure will occur soon on Hardy McManus Road near the intersection of Hardy McManus and Furys Ferry.
The closure will occur from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, due to road construction, weather permitting.
Motorists are advised to slow down by county officials to maintain extra distance between vehicles and follow instructions from road crew flaggers, according to a press release from Columbia County.
Drivers should expect delays, watch for advanced warning signs, and consider using alternate routes if possible.
