Columbia County officials have announced that intermittent, temporary lane closures will take place at the intersection of Riverwood Parkway and General Wood Parkway starting Monday, June 9, through Friday, June 27.
The lane closures will occur daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to a press release from Columbia County.
Motorists are urged to expect delays in the area and to exercise caution while traveling through the work zones.
Drivers are advised by Columbia County officials to reduce their speed and, if possible, plan for alternate routes or allow extra time for their commute during the construction period.
