While Rock Fore! Dough is virtual this year, and ParTee On The Green has been cancelled, there are still some live entertainment options available during golf week in the Augusta area.
Here’s a sampling of the live music happenings around town this week.
The Soul Bar, 964 Broad St., will feature Pinky Doodle Poole Tuesday, April 6; DJ Emegh on April 7; the Ed Fuqua Jazz Band on Thursdays. Saturday, April 10, will feature Jameson Tank for the 6 p.m. early show and DJ Moses for the 10 p.m. late show.
Dave “Muz” Mercer focuses on music with a 90s’ vibe and has several gigs coming up. He’ll be at La Cantina at 7 p.m. April 8; at Tailgate Tavern at 8 p.m., April 9; and at Rose Hill Estates in Aiken at 6 p.m. April 10.

There’s an open mic at North Augusta’s Highlander starting at 9 p.m. April 7.
Edgar’s Above Broad has several options including Funk You’s Evan Miller on April 8; jazz duo Preston and Weston April 9 and Brandon Bower April 10.
Pineapple Ink Tavern will feature Jason Shephard and Forest Colter on April 7 from 7 to 10 p.m., and DJ Emegh from 9 p.m. to midnight, April 10.
Chris Ndeti plays and sings a wide range of musical styles. See her at Jackson’s Boondock Farms from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 10. She’s scheduled for two events at the Partridge Inn. She’ll be at the PI Bar and Grill 7 to 10 p.m. April 8 and at the Cigar Bar from 7 to 10 p.m. April 10.
Southbound Smokehouse-Riverside in North Augusta has several events planned. SUSTO will play beginning at 7 p.m. April 7; 49 Winchester will take the stage at 7 p.m. April 8; Womak and Carter of Futurebirds is scheduled for 7 p.m. April 9; and the Jupiter Coyote Trio plays beginning at 7 p.m. April 10.
In Aiken, there are a couple of outdoor events. At 6:30 p.m., Monday, April 5, Josh Martin and Mod Squad will kick off the annual Hopelands Gardens concert series. The Mason Jars will play the weekly Amp the Alley concert series beginning at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 8.
