Traffic will be impacted in downtown Augusta on Saturday due to the 2024 Augusta half marathon, 10K, and 5K.
The races will be held from 7 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. They will begin and end at the Augusta Common, 836 Reynolds St.
Traffic will be impacted in and around the downtown area, the Augusta Canal, Summerville, and the Lakemont and Lake Olmstead area. Residents and businesses along the route should have received mail regarding the affected roads.
The half marathon, 10K, and 5K will begin at 7:00 a.m. and will finish at 11:15 a.m. The roads that will be closed for these races with the approximate times for reopening are as follows:

The Medals for Miles Kids Fun Run will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will finish at 11:30 a.m. The roads that will be closed for this road are as follows:
