Trammell Crow company sells Appling data center property for $475 million

Trammell Crow, the Atlanta real estate company developing the data center facility at the Appling property formerly owned by the Economic Development Authority of Columbia County (EDACC), has sold the property to what appears to be the end user for the project, according to documents obtained by TAP.
