Inspector’s comments: “observed expired milk in walk-in cooler 7/3/2023,” “observed beef and bacon in reach-in cooler uncovered,” “observed ham, beef, tomatoes, butter in reach-in cooler at temperatures above 41 degrees F for cold holding,” “observed mops being stored improperly,” and “observed ice buildup in walk-in freezer.”
The third lowest score was from the Partridge Inn Pool, 21l0 Walton Way, Augusta with a score of 79. Inspector’s comments included: “free chlorine less than required 2.0ppm (tested salt level ~ 1700ppm),” “pH > 8.0, should be 7.2-7.8—adjust pH,” “reach pole not 12” in length, affix/attach shepherds hook to non-extendible 12-foot reach pole,” “flowmeter appeared to be missing float; replace flowmeter,” and “test reagents expired, replace test reagents.”
