Top Performances

There were some incredible numbers put up this week.

A’Chean Durant (Jr., McCormick)

In round one of the South Carolina playoffs, Durant was unstoppable. He piled up 330 yards rushing and 6 touchdowns as the Chiefs beat Denmark-Olar 54-24. He is the younger brother of Duke stand-out Mateo Durant who recently went over 1,000 rushing yards this season for the Blue Devils.

Zack Blackwell (Sr., Augusta Christian)

Blackwell turned in a monster performance as the Lions advanced in the SCISA Playoffs with a 45-20 win over Laurence Manning. The talented senior rushed for 309 yards and 3 TDs on 32 carries on offense. On defense, he was all over the field and picked up a pair of sacks. Blackwell has now topped 2,000 yards rushing for the season, making it 5,000 yards for his career with more than 60 career TDs.
