The Colonial Pipeline has restarted normal operations. The entire pipeline system has been reactivated and product delivery is getting back on schedule, per an update on the company’s website.

“It will take several days for the product delivery supply chain to return to normal. Some markets served by Colonial Pipeline may experience or continue to experience, intermittent service interruptions during this start-up period. Colonial will move as much gasoline, diesel and jet fuel as is safely possible and will continue to do so until markets return to normal,” the website said.

Queensborough National Bank and Trust has been recognized as the 2020 Large Business of the Year by the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce.

Senior Vice President Adam Harris accepted the award at the Chamber’s annual banquet May 6.

Qualified candidates can now make $15 per hour as a forklift operator and $12 per hour as an entry-level packer. Paid training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available within 30 days of hire.

Southern Company has been named in the Top 50 Companies for Diversity by DiversityInc. Its ranking went up six slots from last year, up to number 20 for 2021.

The Southern Company is headquartered in Atlanta, and is the parent company for Georgia Power.

This is the sixth consecutive year Southern Company has been recognized as a Top 50 Company for Diversity, and for its efforts to hire, retain and promote women, minorities, people with disabilities, LGBTQ and veterans.
