Zoomaroo luxury strollers arrive at Augusta Mall

Zoomaroo strollers are designed to be fun and colorful for young kids.

Date: August 15, 2023

A modern stroller concept company that lets kids ride around in style has arrived at the Augusta Mall.

Zoomaroo strollers are shaped like bright, colorful cars, making them more fun for kids who tend to get bored on shopping trips. The strollers make car noises and have cup holders, trays and handles.

They blend “the excitement of a kiddie ride with the utility of a stroller,” according to the company’s website.

The $1 deposit is refunded when the stroller is returned to a dock.

“Zoomaroo was created around one simple idea: a happy child = a happy parent,” the company said.

Renting a stroller costs $9 plus a $1 deposit that is refundable when you return the stroller to any open dock.

Regular Zoomaroo users can download the Innovative Rewards app and earn points to go toward free stroller rentals.

The concept was created by a New Jersey-based company called Innovative, which claims it puts “your open space to work.”

The company first entered the market with massage chairs and candy and toy machines in 2001.

By the end of 2010, it had over 70 mall properties. The company didn’t respond to a request for more information on how Zoomaroo was created and its future growth.

Zoomaroo strollers are located on the second floor of the Augusta Mall by the H&M store.
