Upcoming shows to watch in March at Miller Theater

Ramble Tamble: The Creedence Clearwater Revival Experience will be on Friday, March 22

Throughout the month of March, there will be different shows for patrons to watch. 

CloZet Confession stage production will be on Saturday, March 2. Doors will open at 3 p.m., and the show will begin at 4 p.m. Tickets range between $34-$54 and are available now. 

This stage production is a spiritual show depicting the hard choice a mother must go through between choosing her husband or the love of her child. It highlights themes of domestic violence, bullying, human trafficking, mental illness, and gun violence among other issues. 

“The Incredibles” will be shown on Sunday, March 3. Doors will open at 3 p.m., and the movie will begin at 4 p.m. Tickets are free and available now. 

JJ Grey & Mofro will perform on their Olustee Tour on Wednesday, March 6. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range between $43.50-213.50 and are available now. 

JJ Grey will perform his tenth album “Olustee,” which highlights themes of redemption, rebirth, hard luck, and inner peace through his personal stories. The message he is trying to portray through this album is to respect the natural world and always try to live in the moment while having a good time. 

The Augusta Symphony will perform their “American Rhapsodies” show on Saturday, March 9. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the show will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are free and available now. 

The Augusta Symphony will play works by Dvorak, Boyer, Weill, and Gershwin. This show is part of their Piedmont Augusta Symphony Series. 

The ballet “Giselle” performed by the Grand Kyiv Ballet will be on Thursday, March 14.

“Giselle” tells the story of a peasant girl named Giselle. She falls in love with a nobleman who disguises as a peasant named Albrecht. However, Giselle discovers that Albrecht is engaged to another woman, and she dies of a broken heart. Giselle’s spirit joins the Willis, ghosts of maidens that were betrayed by their lovers and died before their wedding day. 

The Augusta Symphony will perform their “American Wonders” show on Thursday, March 21. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the show will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are free and available now. 

The Augusta Symphony will immerse the audience with the musical celebration of American national parks and cities. This is part of their Piedmont Augusta Pops! Series. 

Ramble Tamble: The Creedence Clearwater Revival Experience will be on Friday, March 22. Doors will open at 6:45 p.m., and the show will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range between $35-60 and are available now. 

Ramble Tamble is a Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute band, and they will perform songs, such as “Born on the Bayou,” “Fortunate Son,” “Bad Moon Rising,” “Have You Ever Seen the Rain?” and many more classics. Ramble Tamble have performed at several prestigious venues and festivals across the nation, and they embody the spirit of Creedence Clearwater Revival. 

Lorrie Morgan will perform on Saturday, March 23

Lorrie Morgan will perform on Saturday, March 23. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the show will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range between $33.99-69.99 and are available now. 

Lorrie Morgan will perform songs from all her albums, including “A Picture of Me Without You” and “Except for Monday.” In all her performances, Morgan showcases all emotions from dark heartache to bright humor. She is the daughter of Country Music Hall of Fame member George Morgan.
