Mack and Minor were both charged with felony child abused in the Nov. 11, 2016, incident. With the passage of so much time and conflicting statements about who was responsible, Thursday’s plea agreement was the best way to hold the two accountable and ensure if there is any future allegation of abuse it would be a felony offense, said Assistant District Attorney Justin Mullis.
The child is in the custody of his father.
